Paypal is a separate type of module. Go to the payment modules section and look on the sub menu at the top right and you will see the paypal module link

Hello
the LANG_PAYPAL_IMAGE_URL is an img url sent to paypal to use on the check out screen
Currency, set it to USD or the currency of your choice
LANG_PAYPAL_ITENAME this will be the name displayed on the checkout page of the item
Status this will be removed as it is no longer needed.

Let me know if you need anything else. These items will be updated in the next release.
