New Installation instructions

[NixBill]

1. Create the database to hold your installation.

2. Upload all files

3. CHMOD the nixbill/includes folder to 777

4. open 'admin/install/install.php' in your browser

5. Enter your information and click submit

6. CHMOD nixbill/includes back to 755

7. Add cron job 'php -q /path/to/install/include/process.php' every 5 mins

8. Login at 'admin/login.php'
