Fatal error at step 2

I have configured the config file and logged in but the script dies on the next page:

Warning: main(/home/coldenco/public_html/include/version.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/coldenco/public_html/nixbill/include/functions.php on line 15

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/coldenco/public_html/include/version.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/coldenco/public_html/nixbill/include/functions.php on line 15

Any ideas?

Looking at
Warning: main(/home/coldenco/public_html/include/version.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/coldenco/public_html/nixbill/include/functions.php on line 15

it looks like when you set the basedir in the config file wrong.

try setting it to /home/coldenco/public_html/nixbill
instead of /home/coldenco/public_html

I am writing a new installer to auto setup these settings. it will be available shortly.
