i have all the correct information for my cpanel but it is not able to import the plans from cpanel what to do.

send me a private message with the login details and i can set it up for you.
once the cpanel module is setup correctly the packages will be available when setting up a product

i believe that this may be due to the bug i might have found with connection to https

i have updated my ticket with the information you would need to access my account so you can see that i can connect to one of the cpanel reseller accounts but not the other.
