Initial Setup

This is a general setup of NixBill.
These instruction are very basic and may contain errors.
They are a first draft and will be updated.

1. Add company system->companies->add company
2. Add payment gateway system->payment groups->add payment module
3. (optional) Edit Paypal module system->payment groups->edit paypal module
4. Add Server Group system->hosting modules->Server Groups->Add
5. Add Hosting Module system->hosting modules->Add Hosting Module
6. Edit Server Group and add the hosting module to it
7. Add TLD module system->tld modules->add tld module
8. (optional) Edit Domain Tools module system->tld modules->Edit domain tools
9. (optional) Edit Fraud Module system->fraud modules->edit
10. Add Product Group products->product groups->add
11. Add Product products->product groups->add new product
12. Edit Product Pricing
13. Add Product Module
14. Add Product email (package information email)
15. Add product to the new product group
16. Add domain product (and setup same as hosting product)
17. Add Order form ->system->orderforms->add order form
18. Edit new order form and add TLD options to form
19. browse to www.yourdomain.com/nixbill/order and place a test order
