Default Note on uploading Zend5 encoded files

When uploading Zend encoded files you must set your FTP client to "binary" mode. Not doing this will cause a read error on the files. An alternative is to upload the tar.gz archive then extract the files on the server. This will ensue that th efiles are not corrupted. This is with all Zend files not just nixbill.
