NixBill Automation 1.1.14

Version 1.1.14 is now available
To upgrade unzip files to your server and copy your current config file
to the include directory. Run the updater located at admin/install/update.php.
Remove the install directory when completed.

Biggest changes include:
Order form and client area language files are complete.
New languages can now be added.
Dutch language file has been added.

Bugs fixed
#76: Debug log settings, log all API commands
#77: show the output of a queue run in the queue list
#78: ability to Not send an email for a specific item (suspension, unsuspension, payment...)
#79: option to edit order form requirements
