connecting with kayako support system
For both admin and client side of the billing control panel, we would like to have available the ability to submit a ticket to all our departments (support, billing, sales, marketing) in Kayako ticket system.
ideally it would auto populate the ticket information needed. Name, email, username, primary domain. Then we/client would just provide the subject and email content.
Also, it would be great if the ticket numbers generated through the kayako connection could be kept in a history on both the client and admin side and use the system to view and respond to the tickets through the billing system.
I don't know how much of that is possible but I thought I would throw it out there.
